Episode 3 - The Lost PuffPlayful Paxton convinces Thomas to join him in being silly by driving over a stretch of bumpy track but doesn't realise that his actions will make Thomas 'lose his puff'. Concerned, Paxton races around the island searching for Thomas' lost puff only to find out that it was never lost in the first place! |
Episode 5 - Scruff's MakeoverThe Fat Controller insists that the filthy Scruff needs a new coat of paint! Poor Scruff hates this idea. He thinks he looks fine! |
Episode 6 - Too Many Fire EnginesThe railway inspectors question whether Sodor needs two fire engines, worrying Belle and Flynn. When two fires start on the same night, Belle and Flynn rush to fight one each and prove that the Fat Controller really does need them both after all. |
Episode 7 - Calm Down CaitlinOne night Caitlin spends the night on the Island of Sodor and is beside herself with excitement! Not able to settle in for the night, she doesn't let the other engines get any rest either. In hopes of calming her down, the other engines give her their nightly jobs to expend some energy. Little do they know that this mainland engine doesn't know much about how things are done on Sodor! |
Episode 8 - Wayward WinstonThe Fat Controller has not been driving Winston long and his driving skills leave Winston embarrassed. One day The Fat Controller leaves Winston's handbrake off and Winston is sent on an adventure around Sodor! |
Episode 9 - No More Mr Nice EngineHiro is one of the strongest engines on Sodor. He is also very polite and gentle, even when he's pulling naughty Troublesome Trucks. Diesel sneaks up behind Hiro and encourages the Troublesome Trucks to misbehave, forcing Hiro to lose his temper! |
Episode 11 - Thomas' ShortcutThomas and Bertie love racing, but Thomas gets annoyed when Bertie starts winning all the time. Thomas decides to try to take a shortcut too, despite Annie and Clarabel's objections, and soon realises the error of his ways. |
Episode 12 - The Smelly KipperJames teases Percy about being scared in the dark and so Henry challenges James to take the Flying Kipper that night. When James realises how smelly the fish from the Flying Kipper are, he tries to back out of the challenge. |
Episode 13 - Gone FishingBill and Ben, the tank engine twins, tease Harvey the crane engine about having a hook. Porter helps Harvey see the positive side of being both a crane and an engine, encouraging him to help pull some trucks. |
Episode 14 - The Afternoon Tea ExpressStephen is very excited when the Earl asks him to collect the ingredients for the afternoon teas at the Castle. Worried about being too slow, Stephen asks Thomas and the other engines to give him a push and he's soon speeding along. |
Episode 15 - Henry's HeroHenry and Hiro start to billow dark smoke from their funnels. Duck tells them they have taken on bad coal. Henry is worried that it will damage his firebox and decides to head back to his shed, leaving Hiro to deliver their heavy load on his own. |
Episode 16 - Luke's New FriendOne night Luke finds a nervous young deer at the Blue Mountain Quarry and decides to foster him. Luke tries to make the deer feel at home which is not an easy thing to do in a big, noisy quarry! |
Episode 17 - The SwitchLuke meets Millie at Ulfstead Castle. Comparing their jobs, they boast about how much they like their own work. The Earl suggests that they switch jobs for a day. By the end of the day both engines are firm friends but realise that they have their own jobs for a reason. |
Episode 18 - Not Now, CharlieCheeky Charlie is always ready with a joke and sometimes goes too far. When he discovers an elephant on the line and tries to alert the other engines, no one believes him; they simply laugh, thinking it's another one of his jokes. |
Episode 19 - The Thomas WayWhen Harold breaks down, Duck and Thomas are asked to take him for repair. Excited, Thomas wants to take Harold on a tour of Sodor. However, Duck insists that there are only two ways to do things: the Great Western Way and the wrong way. Going off route is not part of the Great Western Way! Thomas and Duck have to learn the best way to work together. |
Episode 20 - The Phantom ExpressOne night James tries to scare Percy by telling him that there's a ghost at Ulfstead Castle. Stephen reassures Percy that there is no such thing as ghosts, but James comes to the castle to try to scare both of them. |
Episode 21 - Frozen TurntableOne cold evening the steam engines and discover the turntable at Tidmouth Sheds is frozen stuck, meaning they have to find other places to stay for the night, but none of them are good enough for Gordon! |
Episode 22 - Percy's Lucky DayPercy seems to be having a very unlucky day! After a couple of mishaps involving a torn sack of mail and some cargo on the line, Percy begins to feel like he may not have any luck at all. Stephen tries to console his friend by lending him a lucky charm. |
Episode 23 - No Snow For ThomasIt is a snowy day but Thomas doesn't want to wear his snow plough and so he decides to hide it in a siding. As it is unsafe The Fat Controller says Thomas must stay in his shed, missing out on all the snowy fun. |
Episode 25 - The Missing Christmas DecorationsNo one knows who is taking the Steamies Christmas decorations from Tidmouth Sheds, until Percy discovers Diesel 10 stealing them! |
Episode 26 - Santa's Little EngineSir Topham Hatt is playing Santa at the Ulfstead Castle Christmas Fair and Thomas is sent to bring a real sleigh for him to ride in. When the sleigh slips down the hill, carrying the Fat Controller, Thomas speeds to the rescue. |
