Episode 3 - Birthday Bash/Too Pooped to PuffIt's the girls' birthday and presents have arrived from their enemies. Can they destroy these evil gifts without destroying their party? Then, the girls become exhausted when the town begins to overuse them, so they go on strike.

Episode 4 - Beat Your Greens/Down n’ DirtyWhen Broccoli Aliens invade, it's up to the Powerpuff Girls and the children of Townsville to take a bite out of crime. Later, when Buttercup refuses to take a bath, the town kicks her out.

Episode 5 - Dream Scheme/You Snooze, You LoseThe Sandman would like a little rest, so he puts the world to sleep. The girls must battle him in his dreams to get things back to normal. Then, the Amoeba Boys find Mojo's plan to destroy the Powerpuff Girls.

Episode 6 - Slave the Day/Los Dos MojosThe girls save Big Billy's life, and he is forever indebted. How will they get him out of their way so they can save the world? Later, after she gets knocked on the head, Bubbles wakes up thinking she is Mojo Jojo.

Episode 8 - Mo Job/Pet FeudPrincess hires Mojo to devise the perfect plan to destroy the girls, who are quite shocked when they find Princess has powers equal to their own. Later, the Professor creates the perfect little pet.

Episode 9 - Imaginary Friend/Cootie GrasThe new boy at school has a special friend nobody else can see. When this imaginary friend begins destroying the class, the girls must imagine how to stop him. Later, Mojo sees that everyone is staying away from little Harry Pitt because he has cooties.

Episode 10 - The Powerpuff Girls Best Rainy Day Adventure Ever/Just DessertsIt's raining in Townsville and there is no crime or villainy afoot, so the girls must stay inside and come up with their very own Powerpuff adventure. Later, the Smith family is back, and they want revenge.

Episode 11 - Twisted Sister/Cover UpThe girls decide they need some help fighting crime, so they create another Powerpuff Girl. Then, Blossom and Bubbles learn that Buttercup has secretly been rubbing a security blanket before every battle to make herself a better fighter.

Episode 12 - Speed Demon/Mojo Jonesin'The girls accidentally fly at the speed of light, and when they arrive back home, they realize that fifty years have passed. Later, when the children of Pokey Oaks become envious of the girls' superpowers, a mysterious figure offers them Chemical X.

Episode 13 - Something's a Ms./Slumbering With the EnemyMiss Bellum has been acting very strangely lately, and she keeps showing up at crime scenes. Has she gone to the dark side, or is there another woman involved? Then, when the girls decide to have a slumber party, a villain decides to crash it.
