Episode 1 - Heir to the ThroneProfessor T is in prison awaiting trial. He is not your typical inmate and the sights, sounds and smells of jail are difficult for him to handle and play havoc with his OCD. When he comes across an old foe, things take a turn for the worse. His police colleagues Dan and Lisa try to distract the Professor from his situation with a brutal murder case involving two brothers.

Episode 2 - The Perfect PictureA bride is found dead on her wedding night floating in the hotel swimming pool. The wedding video and photos portray the perfect picture of happiness, but is all as it seems? The police suspect foul play and question all wedding guests and hotel staff. Professor T gets a prison pass to help with the investigation and he sees something the police miss.

Episode 3 - Truth and JusticeProfessor T is finally up in court and he must decide whether to save himself or his former lover Christina. Meanwhile a prison officer is found dead and there are no shortage of suspects. The Professor faces a moral dilemma with echoes of his own situation--should the real perpetrator be exposed or should an innocent man who wants to take the blame be left to do so?

Episode 4 - A Little Drop of PoisonOut of prison at last, the Professor is desperate to get back to his work at the university and with the police. Detectives need his expertise following a series of sudden unexplained deaths across Cambridgeshire. The police are struggling to find a pattern before more people die. Meanwhile, the new DCI Maiya Goswami needs convincing that Professor T is worth having on board despite his past.

Episode 5 - The ConferenceWhen the Professor’s biggest rival is murdered at a criminology conference, Professor T comes under suspicion. Professor T must prove his innocence to regain his reputation and his job. But he needs to convince the police and the Dean that an audacious plan will work. Meanwhile, his mother is worried that Jasper is delving too deeply into what really happened the night his father died.

Episode 6 - Attachment IssuesA woman is found dead at the scene of a car crash, but the accident didn’t kill her. The Professor investigates and finds some uncomfortable resemblances to his own situation. How far will a mother go to protect her child? Adelaide is finally ready to reveal the truth to Professor T.
