Episode 1 - Winter Is Coming

The Mountains of North America haunt the imagination, masking a danger few are willing to confront. Despite the challenges, some choose to live this way, the last of their kind. Eustace Conway lives deep in the mountains of North Carolina. He moved here two decades ago in search of a more "truthful" existence. In the years since, he's built a home, and survived by hunting, fishing and raising animals. Tom Oar lives with his wife on the Yaak River in Montana. He is 100 miles from the nearest town, a place he hasn't ventured to in 10 years. Marty Meierotto, his wife Dominique and their daughter Noah live in the small Alaskan town of Two Rivers. Every month, Marty pilots his bi-plane, traveling into the bush in search of the wolverine and lynx pelts he needs to make a living. While he's on the Black River, he must hunt moose and caribou to survive in the wilderness. Together, these men represent America's true MOUNTAIN MEN.

Episode 2 - Mayhem

Tom Oar tries to save a friend's water supply and hunt his winter's meat surrounded by grizzlies. Eustace Conway deals with the threat of someone trying to take his land. Marty Meierotto combats life or death situations due to breakdowns.

Episode 3 - Lost

Marty, Eustace and Tom battle the elements, predators, and time, in their struggle to make it through winter. When night falls and temperatures drop far below zero in Alaska, Marty's snowmobile breaks down, leaving him stranded. As he attempts to make the dangerous journey back to his cabin on snowshoes, Marty's body temperature drops and hypothermia sets in. North, in the Yaak Valley of Montana, Tom Oar needs to feed his family and looks to his dog Ellie for help. But when Tom and Ellie go missing, Tom's wife Nancy knows his time may have just run out. Meanwhile, in North Carolina, Eustace Conway is facing threats of his own. A dispute over his land and a low supply of winter meat leaves Eustace fighting to survive on Turtle Island. After employing the help of troublesome worker Justin, in hopes of a successful hunt, Eustace must make a difficult decision for the greater good of Turtle Island. There's no calm before the storm when you're facing winter as a Mountain Man.

Episode 4 - Miles from Home

In the Yaak of Montana, Tom Oar is faced to make a decision that will determine the rest of his life. While being alone for months in Alaska, Marty Meierotto will battle the weather in order to make it home for his family. And in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Eustace Conway despite being ill continues to do what it takes to protect Turtle Island.

Episode 5 - Surviving Winter

Throughout the country, brutal storms and freezing temperatures have made surviving the winter months nearly impossible for our Mountain Men who are in the thick of it. For Tom, Eustace, and Marty their work never ends, no matter the conditions. In the Yaak Valley of Montana, the long winter has been tough on Tom Oar, and now, with the help of his friend Will, they head deep into the mountains in search of food. But when Nancy discovers new tracks on their property, Grizzlies are no longer the only predators that have them concerned. In North Carolina, Eustace Conway is feeling the effects of weather and being a man down. To pick up the slack, he brings in a former worker to help protect Turtle Island's most valuable resource. And In Alaska, with the trapping season coming to an end, Marty Meierotto is going for broke. Clock ticking, he must finish work, close out the trap line and fly back to Fairbanks to meet the fur deadline in time or, lose it all. But heavy snow and gale force winds make the terrain dangerously impossible to navigate as Marty struggles to make it out alive.

Episode 6 - Show Me the Money

It's a struggle to endure what nature and the elements can dish out. In Montana, Tom Oar is on high alert when he discovers wolves have gotten too close to home. Now, Tom is forced to take matters into his own hands as he attempts to push the wolves away from his property to protect his family. In the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, things take a turn for the worse when Eustace Conway's drinking water and hydro-power run out, bringing Turtle Island to a stand still. And in Alaska, Marty has hours to make it back to Fairbanks and meet the fur auction deadline. But when he ends up making a simple mistake, it could cost him everything.

Episode 7 - The Final Stand

The weather has change and so do the struggles. In North Carolina, it is unseasonably warm the Blue Ridge Mountains and Eustace Conway has problems. When a poacher illegally trespasses on his land killing wild turkey, he looks to his friend Preston for help. As they track the intruder deep into the mountains, it's a battle to protect Turtle Island and its wildlife is on. In the Northern Range of Alaska, after an unsuccessful trapping season, Marty Meierotto is feeling the pressure to provide for his family.
