Episode 1 - Stung by a Metabee

Ikki Tenryou has his Medabot for the first time.

Episode 2 - Return of the Screws

Thanks to Erika's report of their victory over The Rockers, Ikki and Metabee become famous. As other Medafighters challenge them to battle, the pair must take on Peppercat and Samantha, leader of The Screws. But how can they defeat their opponent when they are fighting with each other? Ikki and Metabee will have to put their differences aside if they are going to work as a team.

Episode 3 - Running Scared

Ikki and the Screws are forced into a harsh exercise lesson by their gym teacher, Coach Mountain. When the kids notice the Coach involved in some suspicious activities, they vow to expose his evil plot. But as its turns out, the Coach has been battling gangsters for the rights to build a park for the downtown children... and now he may need Ikki and Metabee's help!

Episode 4 - The Legendary Medafighter

Ikki and Erika meet Koji and Karin, two rich kids from the nearby private school. When rumours spread that a Legendary Medafighter is at the school, the pair decide to sneak in. Could there be any link between their new friends and the mysterious adversary or is it all a coincidence?

Episode 5 - The Old Man and the Sea Monster

A day at the beach turns into basic training when Ikki and Metabee employ the services of a mysterious old man in order to avenge a loss.

Episode 6 - The Gimme Ghost

When Koji has his Sumilidon's Medal stolen in the woods, Koji, Ikki, Erika, and Karin band together along with Henry to search for the scary Gimme Ghost, a spectre that steals Medals.

Episode 7 - Cyandog Bites Back

When Spyke and Cyandog get thrown out of The Screws after an embarrassing eleven straight losses while Samantha and Sloan have twenty-two wins together for the gang's sake. Later on, Metabee helps Cyandog redeem himself.

Episode 8 - For Better, For Worse: Part 1

In this two-part arc, Ikki and Metabee's already strained relationship turns into a full-fledged disaster as they prepare for the upcoming Citywide Robattle Tournament and a showdown with Koji and his Medabot, Sumilidon.

Mrs. Pimply and the female members of the PTA form a group call Mothers Against Medabots (M.A.M.) and attempts to rid Riverview School of Medabots as they believe Medabots are dangerous.

Episode 13 - Meet Your Meda-Maker

Ikki and Koji decide to become apprentices under Medabot creator Dr. Aki, while Dr. Meta-Evil focusses the Rubberobos on stealing rare medals.

Episode 14 - The Spy Who Robattled Me

Ex-Rubberobo Gang leader, Seaslug infiltrates the Medabots Corporation under the name Mr. Tunahead to steal any Rare Medals along with any secrets or prototypes that the corporation might have.

Episode 15 - I Dream of Hushi

In his search for answers about his mysterious past, Rokusho is drawn to an old oak tree (that gives him the ability to 'dream') and its owner, Ainsley.

Episode 16 - Metabee Vs. Rokusho

Rokusho reunites with his long-lost friend and hears about who killed Dr. Hushi and burned down his home. However, Rokusho does not know this is a part of the Rubberobo Gang's plan to get his Rare Medal...
