Episode 1 - Season 1, Episode 1: La Tirana

Desna (Niecy Nash) and her girls take pride in doing nails at the Nail Artisans of Manatee County, but amidst painting hooves and dreaming of a better life, she finds herself entangled in a money laundering scheme with the Dixie Mafia. As New Year's Eve approaches, Desna's promise of getting out and going clean is complicated when things go south with Roller (Jack Kesy), leading her and newcomer Virginia (Karrueche Tran) to take matters into their own hands, changing their lives forever.

Episode 1 - La Tirana

Desna (Niecy Nash) and her girls take pride in doing nails at the Nail Artisans of Manatee County, but amidst painting hooves and dreaming of a better life, she finds herself entangled in a money laundering scheme with the Dixie Mafia. Desna (Niecy Nash) and the girls struggle to keep their hope alive while still working under the thumb of the new Russian regime, spearheaded by Riva. A blissful Desna remains in the dark about her gangster/gyno boyfriend, Ruval (Jimmy Jean-Louis). Virginia (Karrueche Tran) tells Dean (Harold Perrineau) that she's pregnant with his baby. A newly domesticated Polly (Carrie Preston) is jubilant when tasked with being a madam for an all-male dance troupe. Meanwhile, a depressed Uncle Daddy (Dean Norris), still reeling from the loss of his beloved Juanda, has been stripped of his Dixie Mafia kingdom and is forced to do menial jobs for the Russians. The power dynamic shifts once again when Riva's sister, Zlata (Franka Potente), arrives to change the game.

Episode 12 - Season 2, Episode 2: Cracker Casserole

Desna (Niecy Nash) now pinned under the stiletto tipped nail of Riva's sister, Zlata (Franka Potente) must come up with an idea to generate more customers for the clinic. Meanwhile, Quiet Ann (Judy Reyes) helps Dean (Harold Perrineau) and Virginia (Karrueche Tran) get to a personal and important appointment that leads to self-examination and joy.

Episode 13 - Season 2, Episode 3: Russian Navy

Desna's (Niecy Nash) relationship with Ruval (Jimmy Jean-Louis) deepens when he introduces her to his mother, Matilde (Sheryl Lee Ralph). Polly (Carrie Preston) grows concerned when Marnie continues to pull away from her. Meanwhile, Jenn (Jenn Lyon), still depressed by Bryce's (Kevin Rankin) recent indiscretion, falls off the wagon. After Uncle Daddy (Dean Norris) disrespects Zlata (Franka Potente), he finds himself on the receiving end of Zlata's twisted wrath.

Episode 14 - Season 2, Episode 4: Scream

Desna (Niecy Nash), in an attempt to cozy up to Matilde, (Sheryl Lee Ralph) Ruval's (Jimmy Jean-Louis) mother, puts together a spa day for her and a couple of young girls from his charity. Meanwhile, Quiet Ann (Judy Reyes) gets a surprise visit from her brother, who convinces her to attend a family dinner.

Episode 15 - Season 2, Episode 5: Vaginalologist

Desna (Niecy Nash) continues to grow closer to Zlata (Franka Potente), despite the crew's increasing concern as her relationship with Dr. Ruval (Jimmy Jean-Louis) intensifies. Meanwhile, Dean (Harold Perrineau) gets an opportunity to showcase his talents and Uncle Daddy (Dean Norris) gets his mojo back.

Episode 16 - Season 2, Episode 6: Double Dutch

Faced with an agonizing dilemma, Desna (Niecy Nash) and Dean (Harold Perrineau) take a road trip to seek guidance from a beloved childhood mentor. Back in Palmetto, Jenn (Jenn Lyon) must lean on Polly (Carrie Preston) and Quiet Ann (Judy Reyes) for help with a personal crisis. Meanwhile, Virginia (Karrueche Tran) struggles to run the salon by herself.

Episode 17 - Season 2, Episode 7: Burn

When Desna (Niecy Nash) with the help of Uncle Daddy and her crew (Dean Norris) plots revenge on those who betrayed hers, he realizes that vengeance comes at a high cost.

Episode 18 - Season 2, Episode 8: Crossroads

After a harrowing experience, Desna (Niecy Nash) is offered a deal with the Russian devil, aka Zlata (Franka Potente), that's more intriguing than nail art on acrylics. Meanwhile, Polly (Carrie Preston) and Quiet Ann (Judy Reyes) get dealt some hard-ass betrayal from their baes while Jenn's (Jenn Lyon) affair comes back to haunt her.

Episode 19 - Season 2, Episode 9: Til Death

As Desna (Niecy Nash) plans for a big day, she realizes she can play a two-faced #bossbitch better than the rest of them. Meanwhile, after getting a disturbing message from Marnie, a reeling Polly (Carrie Preston) gets an unexpected visit from her long-lost sister that sends her spinning out of control. In the meantime, Uncle Daddy (Dean Norris) and Roller (Jack Kesy) join forces with their Dixie Mafia brethren and make a plan to take out the Russian and Haitian mafias for good.

Episode 20 - Season 2, Episode 10: Breezy

As a hurricane bears down on Palmetto, a steely Desna (Niecy Nash) proceeds with the plans for her wedding day, keen for the opportunity to settle all scores. Opposing forces converge at a lavish golf resort, each determined to prevail against the others, but will Desna and crew survive the storm?

Episode 21 - Season 3, Episode 1: Just the Tip

In the wake of Virginia being shot, the crew must regroup to face their off-kiltered new adversaries, Mac and Melba Lovestone, so they can run Bayside Rapture Casino like the bosses they are.

After Mac and Melba leave the dead body of a young woman in the salon, Desna and the crew go to their fundraiser to retrieve information to use against them only to discover it's a fetish sex party.

After Desna discovers Mac and Melba have done something horrible to a loved one she realizes how far she is willing to go to get him back.

Desna and Dean's world turns sideways when an unexpected relative appears from their past. Things take an even more unexpected twist when the Lovestones retaliate against Desna for getting in their way.

Episode 26 - Season 3, Episode 6: Fly Like an Eagle

After successfully leveraging what she knows about Governor Patel to win her brother back, a victorious Desna (Niecy Nash) returns to the casino, only to learn that Dean (Harold Perrineau) is more entranced under Mac (Michael Horse) and Melba's (Rebecca Creskoff) spell than she realized.

Just when the crew thought that they could boss up, fate takes a turn on Desna and Roller. As the walls close in on Desna's Queendom, she is forced to make a choice no one would have expected.

Episode 31 - Season 4, Episode 1: Chapter One: Betrayal

With the casino gone and her friendship with Quiet Ann in tatters, Desna is prepared to return to her roots as a money laundering nail mogul. But when Palmetto starts to undergo gentrification, the salon’s rent is tripled. Unwilling to give up on her American Dream, Desna decides to sell opiates herself, propelling her further into a world of criminality and setting her up as Uncle Daddy’s rival. When she and her crew steal Uncle Daddy’s supply of pills, a war between the two drug dealers is ignited, starting Desna down the road to becoming a true gangster. The conflict is quickly escalated when Quiet Ann, unable to find a job and still blaming Desna for her wife’s death, joins Uncle Daddy’s operation. Meanwhile, Dean’s search for his true calling leads him to launch a strip Q&A on Instagram, and Polly torches her former lover Joe’s car in a bid for closure.

Episode 32 - Season 4, Episode 2: Chapter Two: Vengeance

In order to claim her American Dream, Desna devises a plan to sell Oxy hidden in nail polish bottles to a higher-class clientele, and soon finds herself slinging pills to yuppies at a local wellness expo – where she is quickly sabotaged by Uncle Daddy and Quiet Ann, escalating the drug war. As the conflict between the two sides heats up, Uncle Daddy demands that Bryce put pressure on Jenn to quit Desna’s crew, but Jenn refuses and the pair must reach a truce to save their marriage. Meanwhile, Polly meets the elderly, rich Baron von Reichler (when she attempts to scam him by stepping in front of his Rolls-Royce). Virginia hires a new nail artisan, Georgia, a stripper who bears shocking similarities to herself, and whom she believes she can save from the pole. Later, while hooking up with her new lover, Tony the delivery guy, Desna hatches her next scheme: selling her pills via multi-level marketing.

Episode 33 - Season 4, Episode 3: Chapter Three: Ambition

Desna launches her new multi-level Oxy sales operation, which will use her most loyal (and desperate) clients as dealers and recruiters.

Episode 34 - Season 4, Episode 4: Chapter Four: Loyalty

Desna is elated with Claws Up’s success — until it’s discovered someone is stealing and reselling their pills under a different label.

Episode 35 - Season 4, Episode 5: Chapter Five: Comeuppance

Jenn and Bryce wrestle with the reality that their criminal behavior has caused them to lose custody of their children. As two low-income, ex-cons, the system is biased against them. Desna, feeling partly responsible, offers Jenn and Bryce the use of her condo. After Uncle Daddy is awarded custody of the kids and then promptly misplaces them, the girls go to a foster home. Jenn and Bryce commit a spur-of-the-moment kidnapping. When the Hussers turn themselves in, they are met by a guilt-ridden Uncle Daddy and Quiet Ann.

Episode 36 - Season 4, Episode 6: Chapter Six: Greed

Desna opens up a second nail salon. But when a rival salon owner demands a monthly payoff, Desna takes drastic measures, securing her place as a hardened gangster.

Episode 37 - Season 4, Episode 7: Chapter Seven: Ascension

With all of her dealers abandoning Claws Up as a result of Uncle Daddy’s beatings, Desna vows to dismantle his organization from the inside out.

Episode 38 - Season 4, Episode 8: Chapter Eight: Reckoning

After realizing Tony is an undercover DEA agent, Desna must rally her crew to avoid being taken down by the feds. But when Jenn ODs, the crew begins to uncover buried truths that threaten to unravel their tight-knit bonds. Desna must confront the ugly consequences of her rise to power. As things begin to look up for Desna and Quiet Ann’s friendship, Desna reveals to Ann that Tony is DEA. Ann storms off, contacts Tony and offers to become an informant in exchange for immunity. Meanwhile, newly widowed Polly attends a reading of the Baron’s will where she learns the Baron knew she was a con artist, and that he would rather give his money to a hard-working grifter than to his spoiled children. When Eve becomes pregnant with Dean’s child, the couple decides they want to become parents. Ken begins to realize that he needs to learn how to be alone. Having recovered from her OD, Jenn teams up with Virginia and the two decide to forge a path ahead, free of Desna.

Episode 39 - Season 4, Episode 9: Chapter Nine: Wrath

With the crew in shambles and the threat of the DEA looming, Desna plots an exit strategy for herself and her girls, which will only work if she can reunite them all. However, after Bryce kills Tony in a jealous rage and then confesses to Uncle Daddy, Desna’s plans are accelerated. Seeing what a mess her actions have created, Desna delivers a sincere apology to her friends, and the women come together to help frame Uncle Daddy for Tony’s murder – all except Quiet Ann, who is now secretly working as an informant for the DEA. However, while she’s executing her plan, Uncle Daddy catches Desna, and the two find themselves in a deadly standoff. Just when it seems Uncle Daddy is about to take Desna out, she steps up and ends their rivalry for good in a single shot.

Episode 40 - Season 4, Episode 10: Chapter Ten: Mercy

The series comes to an explosive close as Desna and her crew prepare to escape from Palmetto. But before she can go, Desna must jump through hoops to make sure she has all of her girls with her. Finally, with the feds distracted by a fake drug buy orchestrated by Desna, our gangster queen of Palmetto has her final showdown with her nemesis, Quiet Ann. After some harsh words are exchanged, Desna shoots Ann dead and then leaves with her crew on a boat bound for Havana…which explodes just as it reaches open water. However, in a truly Clawsian twist, we find the crew (including Ann!) safely at their destination. In a heartfelt message to her brother Dean, still living his life back home, Desna explains how she and Quiet Ann worked together to fool the feds and make their escape. Desna now realizes that the American Dream isn’t about money and power, but about having the love, support and loyalty of her friends and family.
