Episode 1 - Everything Old Is New Again

After 50 years and millions of customers, it's time to renovate the original Carlo's bakery. Buddy is asked to honor Hoboken's most famous resident, Frank Sinatra. With only a week to get it all done, nothing can go wrong, but something always does.
Episode 2 - The Butcher & The Baker

The guys go for a consultation at a butchers and take a slab of inspiration home for lunch. Meanwhile, baby Carlo is turning 4! Hard work runs in the family, and Buddy's nephew, Little Buddy, wants to prove he's got what it takes to make it at the bakery.
Episode 4 - Bridges, Beaches & Bad News

Buddy is asked to make a cake for Academy Award winners Common and John Legend. Plus the team must find a way to bring the beach's hot sand to the green pastures. But everything gets put on hold once Buddy finds out Mauro has been rushed to the hospital!
Episode 5 - Big Beast, Brownie Blunders & Back to Baking

Buddy and the guys are asked to make a half lion, half fish for Singapore's 50th birthday. At the bakery, the brownies are dried up and the bakers find unexpected inspiration from the past. Mauro heads to therapy at the bakery but is it too much too soon?

Buddy learns of Ralph's secret life as a Live Action Role Player when he is asked to make a cake of a mythical griffin. Buddy creates a worldly cake for foreign exchange students. Plus, the ladies give a reluctant Mauro a makeover and a headache!
Episode 8 - Sweet Chicken and Sweeter Revenge

A local restaurant is celebrating its anniversary and their specialty is chicken and waffles. The guys get their cute on by creating a monster cake for a daycare center. Frankie has been the prank master for years but now the girls get their revenge!
Episode 10 - Pizza, Petals & Pandemonium

One of America's oldest pizzerias is turning 110 and they need a cake worthy of the milestone. Buddy's sister, Madeline, takes an order, but Buddy goes rogue and it may not be a bed of roses. Buddy decides it's time his boys learn discipline at the bakery
Episode 12 - High Tea and Hot Rods

Buddy and the guys are feeling rather sophisticated as they make a cake for birth of the royal baby, Charlotte. Plus, sparks fly when Mary's brother-in-law orders a hot rod cake for his auto repair shop.

Move over Scorsese! Buddy creates a cake for the Tribeca Film Festival. The popcorn-flavored filling is a showstopper! A longtime Carlo's customers return to place a special order, and Buddy clowns around making a Sweet 16 cake.
Episode 14 - College, Cherry and Challenges

The Carlo's crew welcomes spring with a Cherry Blossom cake for a local park. Grace and Joey celebrate Rob's graduation. Plus, a young culinary student from England dares to claim he can make a cannoli better than the boss. Challenge accepted!
Episode 15 - Mother's Day and Men in Uniform

Momma is back from Florida! This time around is extra special, because she'll see the bakery for the first time since the renovation. Buddy is honored to make a cake for the US Navy as they celebrate Fleet Week and Grace finds a new hobby!
Episode 16 - Best Buds and Baseball Gloves

Buddy is an assistant coach to his sons' little league team, so this cake's got to be a home run, baby! Plus, there's a cake order for a 50th birthday with a twist. After Mauro's health scare, Buddy Castano wants to be prepared in an emergency.
Episode 17 - Crabs, Communion, and a Comeback Pastry

A local marina orders a crab cake to kick off the crabbing season. If that's not enough, Buddy's son Marco is receiving his first Communion. Plus, Joe and Mauro teach the art of the Zeppole and the sisters teach them the art of a sale.
Episode 18 - Miss Richfield, Matryoshkas and a Melt Down

Buddy's most memorable client, Miss Richfield 1981, needs a cake for New York City's Gay Pride Family Night. Plus, Buddy makes a cake to celebrate Russian heritage month to feature matryoshka dolls. Wedding season is taking a toll on everyone.
Episode 19 - Windmill, Wedding Cake Twist, Winding Down

Buddy takes a week off, but cake orders don't slow down. Mauro attempts a windmill cake that needs to spin and feed 1,000 people. Madeline takes a consult for a wedding cake with an unusual topper. The team brings back an old tradition, the social club.
Episode 20 - Picky Nikki, Fresh Catch, and Date Night

Buddy's employee, Nikki, is getting married. Plus, Buddy reels in a cake order for fishermen that will rival any catch of the day. Buddy's wife Lisa decides it's enough when it comes her husband's long hours and plans a home cooked meal, just not at home.
