Episode 1 - Backyard BBQ

Bobby Flay and Michael Symon suss out the talents of eight elite barbecue masters, but before choosing teams, they face off in a backyard barbecue challenge to determine who gets first pick.
Episode 2 - High Steaks

Bobby Flay and Michael Symon battle it out in a tomahawk rib-eye challenge first. Then the six remaining contenders face off in a Texas beef challenge, and a curve ball sends them running for the border.
Episode 3 - Winging It

Bobby Flay and Michael Symon try to best each other in a regional barbecue challenge, and the final four pitmasters are tasked with cooking a style of barbecue unique to an area of the country.
Episode 4 - Going Whole Hog

It's down to the final two pitmasters, and only one can walk way with their own digital series and lay claim to the title Master of 'Cue. Bobby Flay and Michael Symon transform from mentors to sous chefs in a battle for the ages.
