As the millennium turned, so did Sofer's cinematic aspirations, with keen-eyed movie lovers spotting her in such feature efforts as Traffic (2000) and March (2001). An Arcadia, CA, native, Sofer relocated to Pittsburgh when her Orthodox Jewish rabbi father and psychology teacher mother divorced. Spotted by a New York talent agent at the age of 15, it wasn't long before Sofer was appearing on the daytime drama Loving and landing roles on such small-screen efforts as Herman's Head and Saved by the Bell: Hawaiian Style. She made a notable leap back to the big screen with a small role in the 2000 comedy Keeping the Faith, and after following up with Traffic, Sofer settled back into sitcom life with a high-profile guest-starring role on Ed. In the 2002 made-for television remake of Carrie, her part as a sympathetic high school teacher proved a highlight of the otherwise forgettable effort, and in 2003, she headed the cast of Coupling, the highly anticipated American remake of the popular U.K. sitcom.

Walk-on roles in such shows as Who's the Boss? and Kids Incorporated followed in quick succession, and in 1989 Tom began studying at the famed Strasberg Institute following a move to California. It was at the age of 15 that Tom was cast as rebellious teen Victoria Newman in The Young and the Restless; her fiery character was an instant hit with fans and a catalyst for her first Daytime Emmy award. In the following decade, Tom would earn eight additional Daytime Emmy nominations (and one additional win), giving her the distinction of becoming the most nominated actress up to that time under the age of 30. A brief foray into stage work in the late '90s found Tom putting her television aspirations on hold, though she would later return to The Young and the Restless, to the delight of the show's strident fan base. A brief stint in One Life to Live (which found her nominated for two Emmy Awards) followed when Tom departed from The Young and the Restless for good in 2003, with a recurring role in All My Children cementing her status as a daytime drama queen. Mills not only managed to convince and persuade in the part, but did much to help recall the vicissitudes of an unforgettable time in American history -- a dowdy suburban matriarch amid the flower-power era.Born in Chicago in 1951, Mills launched her career in television, appearing in such long-form features as A Matter of Life and Death (1981) and The Atlanta Child Murders (1985). She took her feature bow in 1983 as the romantic lead of John Candy in David Steinberg's second-rate comedy Going Berserk. The Wonder Years represented Mills's breakthrough; after it wrapped, she landed occasional guest parts on such series as NYPD Blue and Roseanne, and appeared infrequently in telemovies, such as Joyce Chopra's 1995 Deadline for Murder: From the Files of Edna Buchanan.Off-camera, Mills made headlines when the never-before-married actress wed legendary Hollywood actor Orson Bean, 23 years her senior, not long after Years concluded.

Birthplace: Charleston, West Virginia, United States
Trivia: Perhaps best known for her Emmy award-winning role as Molly Conlan McKinnon in the long-running daytime drama As the World Turns, actress Lesli Kay stands well apart from the pack due to her remarkable commitment to the craft. While Kay had previously appeared in such risqué features as Petticoat Planet and Cyberella: Forbidden Passions, it's the brunette beauty's television work that garnered her the most attention -- with an Emmy award-winning performance on As the World Turns following a decade of work on screens both small and large. Additional roles on Loving, One Life to Live, and Ryan's Hope found Kay working the soap opera circuit with remarkable skill, though in 2004 she would find herself immersed in controversy with claims that she had been fired by the producers of General Hospital for getting pregnant.Still, co-star Corbin Bernsen was impressed enough with the actress that he cast her in his 2005 comedy Carpool Guy, and she followed that up with a one-episode appearance on CSI: NY. That very same year, Kay joined the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful as Felicia Forrester -- daughter to Eric and Stephanie Forrester. Hunter Tylo (Actor) .. Dr. Taylor Hayes Forrester
Born: July 03, 1962
Birthplace: Fort Worth, Texas
Trivia: An actress of elegant, dark beauty, Hunter Tylo rose through the beauty queen ranks to become one of the most prominent models of the 1970s and '80s. Although that success alone might have been enough to satisfy the appetites of less-ambitious catwalk queens, Tylo went on to build an impressive acting career by alternating between daytime dramas and features. Born Deborah Jo Hunter in Fort Worth, TX, in 1962 and raised in nearby Springtown, Tylo was part Native American (her mother was Cherokee). She graduated from high school in 1980, the same year she gave birth to her first child, Christopher, and married his father -- though the union would ultimately be short-lived and the brainy beauty was soon studying to obtain a medical degree from New York's Fordham University. After making her film debut in the 1984 horror film The Initiation (as Deborah Morehart), Tylo took a role on the enduring television soap opera All My Children the following year. It was there that the actress met her future husband, actor Michael Tylo, with whom she eventually had a second son, Christopher. As roles on All My Children and The Bold and the Beautiful carried her career through the '90s, Tylo also appeared in guest spots on such popular series as Baywatch and The Nanny. In 2000, she was seen in the thriller Longshot and later the made-for-TV family drama Til' the River Runs Dry (2004). Tylo also founded the Hunter's Chosen Child charity and created her own cosmetics line.
Wayne Brady (Actor) .. Reese Buckingham
Born: June 02, 1972
Birthplace: Orlando, Florida, United States
Trivia: Wayne Brady may have made one of his most lasting marks serenading unsuspecting audience members with love ballads on the American version of Whose Line Is It Anyway? Hosted by Drew Carey, the show featured Colin Mochrie, Ryan Stiles, and other regulars, who played improvisational games in front of a studio audience. Brady's brilliant interaction with the other players on the show earned him not only three Emmy nominations (one of which actually found the comic taking home the prize), but enough attention to spawn his own Emmy award-winning series, The Wayne Brady Show, in 2001.Born June 2, 1972, in Orlando, FL, Brady began performing the central Florida theater circuit when he was still a teenager. After a brief stay in Las Vegas, he relocated to Los Angeles in 1996, where he gained a lot of stage and television experience as a dramatic artist. He made appearances on several dramatic series including I'll Fly Away and In the Heat of the Night. In 1998, he hosted the VH-1 series Vinyl Justice, in addition to his late-'90s appearance on Whose Line Is It Anyway? The TV-movie musical Geppetto featured Brady in the role of a magician, alongside Whose Line host Drew Carey, who starred in the comedy. The Wayne Brady Show debuted in 2001. Written by, produced by, and starring Wayne Brady, the series showcased both his comedic and dramatic talents. A sketch comedy show that had a relatively brief run on daytime television, The Wayne Brady Show nevertheless paved the way for a similarly-titled talk show that would hit the airwaves the very same year the original Wayne Brady Show was cancelled. His popularity growing at a rapid rate thanks to his amiable, down-to-earth persona and everyman attitude, Brady proved that he had a sense of humor about his nice guy image but memorably portraying himself as a drug-dealing psychopath on a particularly memorable episode of the wildly popular Comedy Central series Chappelle's Show in 2004. Numerous appearances in a variety of television series' including Reno 911, Stargate SG-1, and Kevin Hill were quick to follow, and in February of 2006 the versitile comic would serve as host to the thought-provoking TV Land series That's What I'm Talking About; a free-flowing look at the Black lifestyle in America that featured such special guests as Spike Lee, Wanda Sykes, DL Hughley, and Paul Mooney. As a recurring role in the popular television series Girlfriends continued to keep Brady busy on the small screen, additional performances in such wide-release features as the retro-minded roller-skating comedy drama Roll Bounce and the high-stakes streetball drama Crossover found the comic's film career continuing to gain momentum as well. In 2007 he began a three-year run hosting the music-related game show Don't Forget the Lyrics, and followed that up by filling the substantial shoes of Monty Hall as the MC of the relaunched Let's Make a Deal.
