A gruesome murder forces two detectives, one American, the other, Mexican to band together to find a serial killer.

Sonya and Marco' investigation continues and it is determined that the killer has a trademark...a bead.

Authorities investigate the death of nine migrants and one missing in the desert. And a call from the killer leads to a video of the missing girl...and a ransom demand.

Scrambling to save Maria, police and FBI set up a drop of ransom money, only to have the FBI agent fall into the killer' hands.

When the FBI finally release their files, it leads to a man who has become yet another victim of the killer.

Marco and Sonya rescue Eva, but there is a change in Marco. He is secretly plotting revenge.
