Episode 1 - It's a Kind of MagicDaisy, Blane, and Rose return to St Hope's for a new term. After a thrilling chase, they catch Britain's most deadly threat. While accepting an award at MI9, the team witness the mysterious disappearance of the new American President during a magician's act. It is up to the school spies to can save her.

Episode 2 - You Can Call Me AlMI9's head of technology is at St Hope's to test new crime-busting computer Allen, who uses ordinary electrical devices to keep order. The unemployed spies are unhappy that they have no work to do. But Allen soon reveals his true intentions.

Episode 3 - Evil by DesignBritain's kids are going crazy for the fashion designs of Lorenzo Ferrago. However, when green logos start appearing on children's skin, the school spies head the catwalk to investigate the designer. They decide to infiltrate the House of Ferrago by posing as models.

Episode 4 - Fit UpBlane is not impressed when Olympic hero Maximus Fiticus is invited to St Hope's sports day. Daisy, however, accuses him of being jealous of the athlete's incredible physique. Maximus offers everyone the chance to use his special Powerlyser machine, but Blane discovers a dark side effect.

Episode 5 - Face OffA child crime wave hits MI High, and the teen spies have to discover why supposedly well-behaved kids commit the crimes and are baffled when Lenny has also seemingly turned to the other side of the law. Rose takes it upon herself to find the underlying cause of what is going on.

Episode 6 - Big SisterMI High is in danger of being exposed when cameras go up around the school as part of a good-manners initiative. However, when footage of the pupils' terrible behavior is modified and leaked to the media, the spies realize someone wants to make St Hope's look worse than usual. Who is behind all this?

Episode 7 - The Cold WarWhen the team returns from a spy-gadget conference, they find an aggressive super-flu has ground the country to a halt. An investigation leads the team to a museum, where they find the creepy cryogenically frozen body of Doctor Tilbury. Someone has re-created a deadly flu strain from 1914, and only Tilbury has the cure.

Episode 8 - Nano NitsSt Hope's is on red alert - head lice are sweeping the country! But when they infest the school, the pupils take on the characteristics of criminals, and the teen spies realize these are no ordinary nits. The chief suspect is nit nurse Nora Braithwaite. Daisy watches with disgust as Blane deliberately infects himself with nits to get close to Nora.

Episode 9 - The OthersThe team is shocked when they meet new undercover school spies and reformed criminals The Worm, Lewis Chuckworth, and Violet, retrained by MI9. Rose suspects that they can't be trusted - leopards don't change their spots! Her fears are confirmed when ninjas invade St. Hope's.

Episode 10 - The Big BlingAn audacious diamond thief is on the loose, and Her Majesty the Queen entrusts her Crown Jewels to MI High for safekeeping. The chief suspect is Ben Wheeler, England football captain, and former diamond collector. Daisy is not convinced, and she is determined to clear her hero's name.

Episode 11 - Spy PlaneThe MI High team flies in to investigate a high-tech spy plane's mysterious disappearance, which uses a cloaking device to become invisible. The embarrassed inventor is anxious to locate the aircraft, so Blane goes undercover as a plane-collecting oil baron to track down the thief.

Episode 12 - GreenfingerPlants across Britain have gained minds of their own and started cocooning builders and developers. When the spies suspect that Greenfinger, the evil villain behind the green invasion, is hiding out in a wood, Daisy cleverly persuades Mr Flatley to take them there on a school outing. But Flatley decides it's a boy's adventure and Blane must investigate alone.

Episode 13 - Asteroid AttackAn asteroid is heading for Earth, and the only person who can stop it is government scientist Doctor Von Quark, but he has disappeared. Rose works out that a doomsday cult that wants the end of civilization is behind the kidnap. It's up to the team to save the world.
