Chef Ramsay informs the chefs that they will be pairing up to cook upscale Mexican cuisine.
Episode 6 - Metal & Marina

The chefs are tasked with creating a dish that puts a twist on a classic Italian dish.

The chefs have 30 minutes to prep and 30 minutes to serve 40 portions of food to club-goers, who will then judge.
Episode 15 - What Happens in Vegas?

The finalists face one more challenge before their final dinner service, and they're each paired with a sous-chef to prepare.
Episode 16 - Hitting the Jackpot

Both teams prepare for the most important dinner service of their lives.
