Episode 1 - 15 Chefs Compete

Fifteen chefs compete; Gordon gets physically sick from a contestant's concoction; one contestant goes missing.
Episode 2 - 14 Chefs Compete

Each team must accurately slice a halibut into six-ounce fillets; one member must work as the maitre d' while the others staff the kitchen.
Episode 3 - 13 Chefs Compete

The contestants race to cook perfectly-plucked chickens; the contestants are asked to serve chicken family-style at the dinner service.
Episode 4 - 12 Chefs Compete

On family night, the team that makes the most fresh pasta for that night's dinner service wins a day of fun at the Santa Monica Pier.
Episode 5 - 11 Chefs Compete

The aspiring chefs compete to create the best gourmet pizza, after which the losing team will take and deliver pizza orders.
Episode 6 - 10 Chefs Compete

The chefs must cater to a group of teens when a picky 16-year-old asks for her fantasy birthday celebration.
Episode 7 - 9 Chefs Compete

Chef Ramsay conducts a blindfold taste-test challenge to see who can distinguish pork from chicken, and potatoes from polenta.

The chefs must create four dishes with 20 ingredients; a medic rushes to the kitchen when one team member slices more than food.
Episode 9 - 7 Chefs Compete

The teams must prepare dishes in a relay race; the losing team must clean the entire restaurant; one chef is eliminated.
Episode 10 - 6 Chefs Compete

Each chef is asked to create a dish suitable to Ramsay's palate; during the dinner service, the chefs have difficulty getting food out.

The chefs teach cooking-impaired housewives how to make a gourmet meal; the challenge winner are treated to a one-on-one course.
Episode 12 - 4 Chefs Compete

The final four prepare a special luncheon for 80 pregnant women; during the dinner service, one chef gets careless and burns Ramsay's hand.
Episode 13 - 3 Chefs Compete

Ramsay invites the final three chefs and a few special guests to a breakfast he prepared, and asks the chefs to recreate a signature dish.
Episode 14 - 2 Chefs Compete

The final two prepare their signature dishes; the chefs must prove their skill and passion by designing and running their own restaurants.
Episode 15 - Winner Announced

The final two have one last dinner service to prove that they have what it takes to work in chef Ramsay's restaurant; the winner is chosen.
