Episode 1 - Where There's a Will

Jonesy and Tess become involved in a suicide investigation of an elderly father with suspected brain cancer.

Episode 2 - Father's Day Part 1

Tess and Ben encounter a family custody dispute with a difference when they meet a lesbian couple, Andrea and Natalie, their son Kai, and his father, Gethin, the sperm donor.

Episode 3 - Father's Day Part 2

Following the Inspector's discovery, the Heelers try to put out the fire. Ben is determined to move to Melbourne with Felicity and her two children, but PJ tries to talk some sense into him.

Episode 4 - Dream On

As her pregnancy progresses, Tess starts dreaming vividly - until she is woken by Jonesy and he drags her down to a local jewellery shop which he claims has been burgled.

Episode 5 - The Ties That Bind

Young Sam Baxter is implicated when there is a burglary -at the telephone shop run by Sam's estranged mother Adele.

Episode 6 - Prince Charming

When a body is found by the railway line the investigation leads the Heelers to a local internet café, run by a warring husband and wife.

Jo finds out her dad Jeff has a new girlfriend, Shaylee, and she is very very young. She is instantly mortified that her father is carrying on with another woman, especially one her own age!

Episode 8 - Playing With Fire

It's a case of who's telling the truth when a suspicious fire starts in a teenager's bedroom, with the father and son blaming each other for the blaze.

Episode 9 - A Bad Smell

Pam, a new female plumber in town, stirs up trouble with Mt Thomas' resident plumber Charlie Clarke.

Episode 10 - A Knife for a Knife

Tom's teenage stepson, Daniel, finds a classmate stabbed in an alley, Jonesy and Tess are shocked to find the young victim had a knife.

Episode 11 - A Better Mind

Ben investigates the health of a baby boy reared by his widowed dad. The man is trying to treat the boy's fever with natural remedies, to the exclusion of conventional medicine, which outrages the police officer and leads to an eventual kidnapping.

Episode 12 - Thicker Than Water

Jo and PJ discover the body of a young woman at the bottom of a cliff in a suspected suicide. PJ is surprised to find out that Marco Fiorelli, his new flatmate, not only knew the woman, but she worked for his father.

Episode 13 - Raging Hormones

Tess struggles to keep her emotions under control as her raging hormones give her a "pregnancy brain".

Episode 14 - A Blind Eye

A French documentary maker in town to film country policing captures all the intricacies and conflicts when the Heelers are forced to investigate one of their own.

Episode 15 - Chocolate Sardines

Ben has rejoined the Salvation Army on a voluntary basis, much to the amusement of his colleagues.

Episode 16 - Too Good to be True Part 1

Tess is delighted when her sister Bridie turns up in town with a good job and a new boyfriend, but Jonesy has to work hard to overcome an instinctive dislike.

Bridie accuses Jonesy of Calvin's murder, but makes the mistake of manufacturing evidence against him.

Episode 18 - Every Man and His Ute

Jo's life is saved by a mysterious stranger after she is left choking on her seatbelt after she is run off the road.

Episode 19 - Motherhood

Tess is surprised to discover that her in-laws are the couple who stopped to help a hit-and-run victim; they are equally surprised to discover she is pregnant.

Episode 20 - A New Life

Jo takes a single mother, Cherry, under her wing when the woman arrives in Mt Thomas searching for Tim Lewis, the father of her baby who disappeared shortly after she told him she was pregnant.

Episode 21 - The Lowest of the Low

It is Constable Susie Raynor's first day in Mt Thomas and as she is being given the guided tour by Ben, she recognises a released paedophile who has moved into a house opposite a primary school.

Episode 22 - Safety Last

After failing to apprehend a suspect in an armed robbery, Jonesy wonders if Susie's caution on the job is cowardice, but when he chases an armed escapee into the National Park and comes across a dead body, it's Susie who takes his call for assistance.

Episode 23 - Good and Evil Part 1

Ben finds his tolerance tested when his 17-year-old daughter, Maddy, turns up at a seedy Mt Thomas nightclub with her "muso" boyfriend, Kyle, having run away from hermother and siblings in Perth.

Episode 24 - Good and Evil Part 2

Ben is concerned his daughter Maddy is taking up with a 'weirdo' kid to spite him over breaking up her previous relationship and tries to push her towards a more suitable boy. However, his judgement is challenged when both boys become implicated for theft and fraud.

Episode 25 - Losing the Road

Constable Susie Raynor is deeply concerned when she learns that the grieving father and brother of the boy who was killed in the same road accident that left her husband Brad a paraplegic have moved to Mt Thomas. W

Episode 26 - What Goes Around

Susie has found her husband, Brad, a job at a local call centrebut is distressed to find that it's the work place from hell. When the boss accuses the union organiser of sabotage, Brad is persuaded to play detective and soon suspects the centre is linked to illegal activities.

Episode 27 - Contamination

Ben buys his basketball team pork rolls from a local takeaway shop and is devastated when they all come down with food poisoning. But what appears to be a simple case for the health inspector turns into something else when racism and prejudice rear their ugly heads.

Episode 28 - Dirty Cheaters

Tom discovers the Mt. Thomas High School principal has been viciously assaulted and when his stepson says he was offered a black market VCE exam paper, the Heelers suspect exam theft may have been a motive for the attack -that is until they start probing into the principal's dysfunctional family.

Episode 29 - Sexual Healing

Susie and Brad visit a psychologist to help with their sexual problems, however unethical professional practices uncovered by the Heelers while investigating a suicide eventually lead to Brad moving out.

Episode 30 - For Better or Worse

While making a 'detour' while on patrol to check on her husband who is staying at a motel, Evan and Suzy break up a domestic disturbance involving a husband and wife and the man he believes she is having an affair with. It is the first of many encounters with the trio.

Episode 31 - Retribution Part 1

PJ is faced with a figure from his past when troubled Luke Darcy returns to Mt Thomas having been released from prison.

Episode 32 - Retribution Part 2

PJ refuses to explain how he came to be standing over the dead body of Luke Darcy, forcing the Homicide Squad to arrest him for murder. The other Heelers must prove his innocence and find the real killer.

Episode 33 - The Right Thing

The community is split over a decision to ban men from the local pool to allow Muslim women-only swimming sessions.

Episode 34 - Happily Ever After

Ben faces a dilemma when he and his fiancée Marissa search for two homeless kids -the children of an itinerant drifter who collapsed during a brawl outside the Imperial.

Episode 35 - Heirs Apparent

When Susie finds herself escorting a pet alpaca to afuneral, she really begins to understand something about country policing.

Episode 36 - A Mere Formality

Ben and Susie face the inquest into Brad's death. What is hoped will be a mere formality quickly becomes complicated when a witness makes damning claims against them both -including accusations Ben and Susie were having a passionate affair and murdered Brad.

Episode 37 - Cast The First Stone

PJ and Jo run into a wall of silence when they investigate the allegation that a music teacher employed by the Mt Thomas Brass Band has been having sex with his underage charges.

Episode 38 - Great Expectations

Tom has a black eye, PJ and Jo are in a foul temper after a bush walk went horribly wrong, and Ben and Susie have had a frustrating day chasing a non-crime.

Episode 39 - Off Your Face

Constable Evan Jones and fellow officer Susie Raynor are clearly affected when they are by a distraught mother's side at a deserted party site as she finds her 13-year-old son unconscious after being force-fed vodka, alerting the Heelers to a dangerous sub-culture of teenage violence.

Episode 40 - Running Scared

Jo and Susie are on their way to work from a session at the local gym when they discover a woman who has been raped. Is she the second victim of a serial rapist?
