Episode 1 - Protocol Is for Losers

While peacefully enjoying retirement and reflecting on his past, Spencer gets a tantalizing offer to become the first black majority team owner in professional football history. A year after splitting with Spencer, Joe eyes a big swing at Sports X with his new partner, Lance. Ricky finds himself in hot water with Charles, and Vernon considers a life outside of football, much to Reggie's chagrin.

Spencer engages with past allies when he learns of competing owner offers; Joe must apologize for creating a hostile work environment; Charles attempts to hide some unwelcome news.

Spencer offers Jason the job of a lifetime, just as Joe makes him an interesting counteroffer; Vernon gets a tryout at an esports firm; Ricky uses old methods to handle his new situation.

Spencer settles into his new position and makes a potentially unpopular decision. Spencer faces pressure from all sides as he fights for Kisan. Ricky gets mixed feedback about his radio show. Reggie, Vernon and Lance struggle to convince Joe to get into the gaming business. Charles works hard to land a big player. Jason goes through tough negotiations with the Anderson brothers.

Spencer prepares for his first owners' meeting in the wake of an unexpected tragedy; Joe agrees to go on Ricky's radio show; Charles faces an unexpected health crisis during his busiest time.

Spencer and Joe get into past grievances while working out a major player deal, after which Spencer makes a public statement that's sure to have consequences; Ricky is on the defensive in a meeting with a Hollywood bigwig.
