Episode 1 - No Business Like Snow BusinessWith the first snow of winter, the action is heating up on Whistler mountain, as a group of concierges brought together by business mogul Joey Gibbons, come together to create a company reimagining what luxury ski vacations can be. The team must work together to succeed, but Elise’s city sensibilities bring a chill to the office. Their first set of clients, a trio of SoCal Cougars, invade the mountain looking to do any thing but ski. Bobby runs around meeting their high demands while Jim cozies up with one of them during dog sledding. Meanwhile, things quickly snowball for Elise, Kendra and Charlotte, when their client has a panic attack on a gondola during a surprise experience they have planned.

Episode 2 - Cold FeetThe dinner disaster on the gondola concludes, leaving Elise and Tamara to figure out what went wrong, and where to place the blame. Jim makes a surprising connection with the week’s new clients - six kids - but his decisions on the mountain get him in trouble with Elise. Meanwhile, Kendra takes on a mountain top vow renewal, where a wardrobe malfunction threatens to derail the entire ceremony. A concierge dinner turns tense as Bobby confronts Kendra on her behavior.

Episode 3 - Friends with BenefitsJim’s and Lynsey’s newest clients are old snowboarding buddies who force Jim to get back out on the mountain for an extreme heli ski adventure that pushes his injured knee to its breaking point. Bobby takes the lead on clients calling themselves ‘Vancouver Royalty’, who’s specific requests cause problems for Kendra. Elise gets back to her roots in the kitchen, and adds fuel to the flames at a dinner, leaving the team divided.

Episode 4 - It's All Down Hill From HereReeling after Elise’s uncomfortable accusations, Bobby meets with Tamara to give his side of the story, while Charlotte finds herself missing her boyfriend back home. Meanwhile, Kendra works a sexy photo shoot for clients from LA, and tries to repair relations with the team. Lynsey’s adventure skills are put to the test when a nervous client gets cold feet. Jim makes an effort with Elise to understand her management style, but at the weekly review dinner, tempers flare and lines are crossed, leaving the team more fractured than ever.

Episode 5 - Sliding Down HillWith tensions at an all time high at Gibbons Life the staff decides to boost moral with a team building exercise: bobsledding. Meanwhile Kendra and Jim find a new respect for each other after showing their clients a horseback riding experiences they won’t soon forget. Later after Elise makes a decision about who can and can't go bobsledding, things quickly go off the tracks. Jim's frustration is hitting its peak, so he decides to take his grievances all the way to the top. The staff try to resolve their issues but it quickly snowballs into a complete disaster. Ultimately Tamara is faced with a difficult decision as to the future of this company.

Episode 6 - On Thin IceIn the wake of Elise and Jim's shocking behavior, team morale is at an all time low and alliances are being forged and broken. Kendra is devastated by the loss of a family member, and a cold shoulder from Elise has her questioning their once close friendship. Meanwhile Jim has his hands full as he oversees a mountain excursion with an olympic champion and a group of novice skiers. Elise gets a taste of home life when her family comes for a visit, but after throwing Tamara under the bus in front of Joey, Tamera is forced to make some tough decisions about the fate of the concierge team and Elise.

Episode 7 - Power MovesWhen a manager position opens up at Gibbons Life, Jim jumps in as the temporary boss, but Bobby has other ideas about who should take over. Meanwhile the week proves a difficult challenge for Jim when two sets of clients stretch his managerial skills to the limit both on the mountain and in the club. Back from her grandmother’s funeral, Kendra confronts Elise about their friendship. But can Kendra let go of her deeper fears and open herself up to Whistler?

Episode 8 - Last RunWith Jim established as the full time Manager, he has only one week to show Joey and Tamara that he and his team deserve to come back for another season. Bobby though is un-happy wth the decision to promote Jim and sets up a one on one with Joey to get answers. After an all night party for his birthday will his hangover get the better of him? Jim is faced with a difficult client who might want more than what he is willing to offer and his managerial skills come into question from Bobby and Charlotte after some questionable behavior. Meanwhile Lynsey is fed up with the hard partying clients from Texas and tries new and clever ways to keep the clients satisfied and away from the booze. With only one week left in the season will the Gibbons team be able to prove they have what it takes for another season at Whistler?
