After attending many functions for the opening of different types of buildings, the Prime Minister grows tired of it. Instead, he looks to the future and takes a liking to leaving his own architectural legacy.

With an expensive new medication on the market, there is growing pressure from the public for the goverment to fund it. The problem is that there is evidence to suggest that it might not worth be funding at all.
