Episode 1 - Episode 1In this first episode, from the Man Lab HQ, the team build a functional, if not beautiful kitchen area before setting up a miniature railway delivery system within the lab. James shows us how to diffuse a WWII bomb and the way to melt an ice maiden’s heart through the lost art of serenading. Comedian Alexander Armstrong also pops in to take on the challenge of beating his personal best time for assembling flat-pack furniture. Episode 2 - Episode 2James devises an ingenious way to rescue any Man Labber caught short of toilet paper. The team also works together to construct a bar, that despite some dodgy measurements, serves a proper pint. Outside HQ, James uses a variety of unorthodox methods to navigate across the English Channel without a sat nav, before settling a parking dispute the old fashioned way – with a duel. This time the celebrity guest is John Sergeant, who goes against the clock to change a car wheel. Please note, this version may differ slightly from the UK TX version.

Episode 3 - Episode 3In the last show of Series 1, Outnumbered star Hugh Dennis takes on a wallpapering challenge, the Man Lab orchestra prepares for its debut concert at famous London church St Martin-in-the-Fields, and with the experts build their own cinema, complete with popcorn and a Wurlitzer organ. The team also constructs a sky rocket, two men settle a 25-year-old quarrel by dueling sabres, and James uses modern technology to help a man on a first date.
