Episode 1 - It Takes a Village

The BAU team is at a crossroads as they are questioned by a Senate Committee for their retaliatory actions in the wake of Prentiss’ loss, but an unexpected familiar face could help them win their case and keep the team together. Paget Brewster returns as Emily Prentiss and A.J. Cook returns as Jennifer “JJ” Jareau. Mark Moses (“Desperate Housewives,” “Mad Men”) guest stars as Cramer, a member of the Senate committee interrogating the BAU.
Episode 2 - Proof

The BAU team searches rural Oklahoma when women are being found murdered after being robbed of one of their five senses. Also, JJ and Prentiss get the cold shoulder from Reid as he deals with their deception about Prentiss' presumed death.
Episode 3 - Dorado Falls

The BAU team investigates a mass murder at an Internet security company in Charlottesville, Va., but clues reveal it is not a typical serial killer at work. Also, Prentiss must complete recertification training under Morgan's watchful eye. Max Martini ("The Unit") guest stars as Navy veteran Luke Dolan.
Episode 4 - Painless

Survivors of a Boise high school massacre return to remember the event 10 years later, but the BAU team is called in when a new killer with a similar style targets the survivors. Also, Hotch is worried that his son, Jack, may be a victim of school bullying.
Episode 5 - From Childhood’s Hour

The BAU team investigates the abductions of young children with troubled mothers in St. Louis. Also, Rossi reconnects with his first wife who has shocking news for him. Isabella Hoffman ("JAG," "Homicide: Life on the Street") guest stars as Rossi's ex-wife, Carolyn. Additional guest stars include Emmy Award winner Heather Tom ("The Young and the Restless," "The Bold and the Beautiful") as young mother Connie, and Annie Fitzgerald ("True Blood") as troubled mother Marlene Smith.
Episode 6 - Epilogue

The BAU search California’s Angeles National Forest after a number of bodies mysteriously turn up in the mountain lakes there. Also, Rossi struggles with an agonizing decision regarding his ex-wife. Isabella Hoffmann returns as Rossi’s ex-wife, Carolyn. Zach Filkins from the hit music group One Republic guest stars as a forest ranger.
Episode 7 - There’s No Place Like Home

When a series of tornadoes hits Kansas, the BAU is called in to investigate bodies of young boys that turn up in the aftermath of the storms. Also, work pressures cause tension on JJ’s home front. Josh Stewart (“Third Watch,” “No Ordinary Family”) returns as Detective William LaMontagne, Jr., JJ’s longtime boyfriend.
Episode 8 - Hope

It’s personal for Garcia when the BAU investigate the disappearance of a woman in her survivors’ support group whose daughter went missing seven years earlier. Guest stars include Jack Coleman (“Heroes”) as Bill, a man in Garcia’s survivors support group, and Brigid Brannagh (“Army Wives”) as Monica, Garcia’s missing friend.
Episode 9 - Self-Fulfilling Prophecy

The BAU team looks into the real reasons behind an apparent mass suicide of a small group of youths at a military academy. Also, Hotch and Morgan butt heads when a team member could be in jeopardy. Emmy Award-nominated actor Rene Auberjonois (“Boston Legal,” “Star Trek: Deep Space Nine”) guest stars as Ron Massey, headmaster of the military academy.
Episode 10 - The Bittersweet Science

The BAU team investigates a string of brutal bludgeonings in Philadelphia and is led to the city’s boxing scene in search of the killer. Also, Hotch makes a connection with an attractive runner as they both train for a triathlon. Guest stars include Emmy Award winner Charles S. Dutton (“Roc”) as boxing trainer Tony, Shawn Hatosy (“Southland”) as boxer Jimmy, and Bellamy Young (“Dirty Sexy Money”) as Beth, an art curator and runner who strikes up a friendship with Hotch.
Episode 11 - True Genius

A series of murders in San Francisco bearing the tell-tale signs of the infamous Zodiac Killer have the BAU wondering if the notorious serial killer has returned. Also, Reid ponders if he should be doing more with his genius abilities. Best-selling crime novelist Patricia Cornwell guest stars as herself, as a guest at a violent crime seminar attended by Reid and Prentiss.
Episode 12 - Unknown Subject

The BAU team searches for a serial rapist in Houston known as “The Piano Man” who has resurfaced and is assaulting his previous victims. Also, Prentiss tries to come to terms with her trauma from last year and with rejoining the team. Guest stars include Jay Karnes (“The Shield,” “Sons of Anarchy”) as pianist Hamilton Bartholomew, Dina Meyer (“Starship Troopers”) as waitress and Piano Man victim Regina Lampert, and Penny Peyser (“Crazy Like a Fox,” “Knots Landing”) as Prentiss’ therapist Dr. Linda Merrill.
Episode 13 - Snake Eyes

The BAU tries their luck in Atlantic City when the team is called in to investigate a series of ritualistic casino-related murders. Also, after a spat with her boyfriend, Kevin, Garcia thinks she and Morgan may have gotten a little too friendly with each other.
Episode 14 - Closing Time

The BAU team hit choppy waters on the beaches of Southern California when they discover a series of bodies hidden in lifeguard towers along the coast.
Episode 15 - A Thin Line

The BAU team investigates a series of brutal home invasions and murders in California’s Inland Empire that appear to be gang-related, but their investigation may uncover a more sinister motivation. Paul Johansson (“One Tree Hill”) guest stars as mayoral candidate Clark Preston.
Episode 16 - A Family Affair

When the BAU travels to Atlanta to investigate the murders of women, the clues lead them to look for an unsub who is not working alone. Guest stars include William Russ (“The Ex-List,” “Boy Meets World”) and Kathy Baker (“Picket Fences,” “Boston Legal”) as parents Donald and Linda Collins; Merle Dandridge (“Sons of Anarchy”) as Agent Lynn Brooks, who assists the BAU in the investigation; and Fiona Gubelmann (“Wilfred”) as physical therapist Erika Taylor.
Episode 17 - Foundation

When a scared, emaciated young boy is found in the Arizona desert and another boy winds up missing, the BAU begins searching for the kidnapper as Morgan, reaching into his own scarred past, tries to bond with the found child. Guest stars include Garrett M. Brown (“Roswell,” “Sisters”) as real estate developer J. B. Allen and Jackson Pace (“Homeland”) as missing child Billy Henderson.
Episode 18 - I Love You, Tommy Brown

When married couples fostering young children end up being killed in Seattle, the BAU team looks for an unsub with a maternal-yet-murderous instinct. Also, Garcia fears a possible proposition from Kevin. Teri Polo guest stars as former teacher Maggie Hallman.
Episode 19 - Heathridge Manor

The BAU team heads to Oregon to investigate a series of gothic, ritualistic murders. Series star Matthew Gray Gubler directed the episode. Guest stars include Robert Englund (“A Nightmare on Elm Street”) as Detective Gassner, who assists the BAU with the investigation, and Juliet Landau (“Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” “Ed Wood”) as psychiatric patient Catherine Heathridge.
Episode 20 - The Company

When Morgan’s sister sees a woman who looks like their presumed-dead cousin, Cindi, it forces Morgan to confront a lie he told his family last year to provide closure and compels the BAU to reopen the case of her disappearance. Guest Stars include Shanola Hampton (“Shameless”) as Morgan’s missing cousin Cindi, Chad L. Coleman (“The Wire”) as family acquaintance Malcolm Ford, Erica Gimpel (“Fame,” “The Young and the Restless”) as Morgan’s sister Sarah, and Denise Dowse (“The Guardian,” “Beverly Hills, 90210”) as Morgan’s aunt Yvonne Burns.
Episode 21 - Divining Rod

After a notorious serial killer is executed, a copycat begins murdering women in the same Oklahoma town and in the same fashion, and the BAU team must act fast before more victims are found. Also, Prentiss gets nervous at the thought of a major real estate purchase.Mackenzie Astin (“The Facts of Life”) guest stars as shuttle driver Dylan Kohler.
Episode 22 - Profiling 101

Rossi and the team present one of the longest-tenured serial killer cases to college students, and they take the class through a nearly 20-year chase for the murderer. Mackenzie Astin (“The Facts of Life”) guest stars as shuttle driver Dylan Kohler.
Episode 23 - Hit

When the BAU goes up against a gang of serial-killing bank robbers in Washington, D.C., the team tries to negotiate the situation unfolding inside the bank, but the stakes rise when one of their own becomes a hostages, on the first part of the two-hour seventh season. Guest stars include Josh Randall (“Ed”) as Hostage Matthew Downs and Tricia Helfer (“Battlestar Galactica”) and Evan Jones (“October Road”) as bank robbers Izzy Rogers and Chris Stratton. As the BAU team continues to pursue the bank-robbing serial killers, the team determines that the suspects have a bigger target in the Nation’s capital, and with one of the team still a hostage, they must work quickly to diffuse an explosive situation. Also, wedding bells ring for one of the BAU, and Prentiss ponders her future, on the conclusion of the two-hour seventh season finale.
