Episode 1 - Find Your GritJohn Cena brings together a Cadre of four decorated heroes from different branches of the armed forces. Each Cadre member will assess 17 new competitors as they arrive at Camp Grit, before picking 4 teams and leaving one competitors to ring out and go home.

Episode 2 - Cena does the DishesAll 16 competitors make huge sacrifices in the team challenge, some more than others. Team Chloe expose some raw emotions afterwards, before 3 competitors have to find it within themselves to survive the elimination challenge. Who will give up, ring out and go home?

Episode 3 - Liar LiarAfter losing their first team mate, Team Chloe have the tough job of rebuilding -but will it be an advantage in the team challenge as all the teams must learn to communicate openly, before a shock elimination!

Episode 4 - Secrets are RevealedHurting from the loss of their strongest team mate, Team Riki try to drag each other on in the team challenge -but, it seems someone pushes themselves too hard as they have to take a trip to the hospital!

Episode 5 - Camp LoveCamp Grit is shocked with Carla's return, but all the competitors must prioritise what to focus on so they don't miss out on a surprise from home to help them through the competition.

Episode 6 - Selfish vs SelflessAs Herman pines for his lost love, the competitors have to make some difficult choices; do they look out for each other, or just themselves? It's a decision that leads to some difficult confrontations at Camp Grit.

Episode 7 - Role ReversalTensions between Janessa & Allison reach a breaking point as they have to rally behind their Cadre in a surprise twist that has them fighting for their teams survival.

Episode 8 - Shady GradyTeam Riki is down to one competitor! They have to reach out to Team Chloe & Team Burk for support, if they are ever going to survive the wrath of the ever-stronger Team Grady! It's turning into Camp Grit v Team Grady!

Episode 9 - Cena SaysRiki is the first ever Cadre to ring out of Camp Grit! As John Cena hangs out with the competitors as they lick their wounds, they must pay attention if they stand a chance in the team challenge -otherwise their hopes of winning a quarter of a million dollars will slip away.

Episode 10 - Who's Got GritThere have been tough decisions and choices all season at Camp Grit and none are tougher than the ones the competitors have to make in this final episode of American Grit! The time has come to find out who has found their grit!
